11 Years Military Service which included high level inspections
More than 10 years of experience in the construction industry
Successfully completed Home Inspection Education that met or exceeded the requirements of the State of Illinois.
Successfully completed the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) "Home Inspectors" examination.
Successfully completed and passed the NACHI Home Inspectors "Electrical" Course and Final Examination.
Successfully completed and passed the NACHI Home Inspectors " Roofing" Course and Final Examination
Successfully completed and passed the Illinois approved, NACHI sponsored "Manufactured Housing" course.
Successfully Completed and passed the Illinois approved, NACHI sponsored "Radon Course".
